Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be cancelled prior to receipt of a confimation email from ByGraceAmbrose. Please note that it will not be possible to cancel your order at a later date, as each item is made to order.
What do I do if an item is missing from my order?
Please email Contact@bygraceambrose.com with your order details and we will look into this for you. Please note some items may be posted separately. You will be contacted beforehand if that is the case.
What happens if I receive the wrong order?
Please email Contact@bygraceambrose.com to inform us of the error, then return your incorrect item back to us in its original packaging using the return form online. We will cover your postage costs.
What if my package is lost?
If your package is showing as delivered and wasn’t, please email Contact@bygraceambrose.com. We are happy to look further into it for you. Once we have dispatched the goods, we will e-mail you. If you haven't received your order within the specified time of delivery requested please e-mail us.
Is my personal information kept private?
Please be assured that we consider all of the information you share with us to be totally private and confidential. At no point will we share, rent or sell your personal information without your prior consent.
Do you ship to my country and how much does it cost?
We deliver globally to all countries apart from Switzerland and the Russian Federation due to certain regulations. International shipping charges apply. We do not cover international tax charges should they arise.
Can I return my international order?
Each item is made to order so we do not offer refunds. However, if the necklace is faulty, please email us at Contact@bygraceambrose.com. In the instance an item is sent back, please be aware you will be required to cover the postal fees.
Can I make an exchange/refund?
As all items are made to order or personalised, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
My jewellery is damaged and/or faulty, what should I do?
All items are packaged with great care. If damage does occurs during shipping, please contact us immediately. We want to ensure every ByGraceAmbrose purchase is received at the highest standard and best quality.
If you think your item needs to be repaired or replaced please contact us at Contact@bygraceambrose.com with photographs and a description of the issue, we will be happy to assist. Please also refer to our refund and exchange policy for further details.
How will my order arrive?
Your order will arrive in recyclable packaging with a care card. Your accessories will also come packaged in a ByGraceAmbrose staple dust bag for longevity. If you would like the items to come gift-wrapped please specify this in the comments section.
If you are purchasing multiple pieces they will be wrapped and sent in the same box. If you are purchasing items as a gift or want them to be wrapped in separate boxes please specify this in the comments section.
Will my accessories look exactly like the image on site?
Colours and placements may vary in appearance from what is shown on our website. If you require additional photos or colour references please do not hesitate to send us an email.

We make all of our accessories, by hand, here in the UK
What materials are your accessories made from?
A wide range of treated and protected fabrics.
When should I remove my accessories?
ByGraceAmbrose pieces are made for regular wear but are very delicate and need to be handled carefully so you can enjoy and wear them for as long as possible. Gently remove when you’re applying lotions or before a strenuous workout.
Does the colour fade?
ByGraceAmbrose pieces do retain their colour, however, please ensure they are kept out of direct sunlight and placed in the dust bag when not in use.
