Ready-to-ship pieces are dispatched within 3–5 working days. Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Dispatch begins once your jewellery has been completed.
All orders are fully tracked, both within the UK and internationally. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
Customs and Duties: By Grace Ambrose is not responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to international orders. These are the responsibility of the recipient.
